AB DE Villiers, South Africa's broken arrow !!

Although i am late for this post, but its better to be late than never. There is no shame in this defeat. South Africa did not choke.

As the ball went high up into the air, the South African’s ship of dreams was sinking on the other end. South African cricketers were reduced to tears, so were we, after falling at the semifinals for the fourth time in the seven World Cups.

And this time it hurt-ed even more, because a South African himself was responsible for the defeat. Grant Elliott born in Johannesburg, kept on his nerves until the last ball to see his side through.

This South African unit led by AB DE Villiers surely knew more about winning than the predecessors but unfortunately no matter how much the South Africans hate it; they will have to live with the chokers tag till the next world cup.

On the other hand, the real chokers (who lost 7 semis prior to the game) New Zealand deserves to play in the final because of the successful run chase under pressure.

AB DE Villiers and his men played to make a difference, I guess they did & for this we all are proud of this unit. Despite of the loss in the semifinal the South Africans have turned around as the real champions for us this World Cup.

Hats off AB and team mates !!
